This film takes the clean government thought of "The Way of Being an Official" in the Qin bamboo slips unearthed from Shuihudi in Yunmeng as the logical main line, constructs a triple cross-time narrative structure of Qin Dynasty, Ming Dynasty and modern times, and tells three stories.
