Plot Synopsis

After Feng Xing, the daughter of the general of the guards, married Emperor Shen Feng, the two schemed against each other because of military power, but gradually developed feelings for each other in the battle of wits. The play is full of funny scenes such as the queen using strong medicine and the emperor being "counter-killed", interspersed with the struggle for favor in the harem and light power politics. Finally, the emperor and the queen joined hands and achieved love and growth.
