Plot Synopsis

Xiao Yuelao Diandian accidentally burned the red string of Si Yu and Bai Wan, causing them to be separated by yin and yang and owe a debt of love in this lifetime. The Heavenly Emperor punished Diandian to go down to the mortal world to find Si Yu and Bai Wan and let them fulfill their marriage bond, otherwise Diandian would be punished. After going down to the mortal world, Diandian found Gu Siyu, the reincarnation of Si Yu. Coincidentally, Jiang Zao, the daughter of the Jiang family, in order to obtain the family inheritance, also found Gu Siyu and wanted to enter into a fake marriage with him. Diandian guessed that Jiang Zao was exactly the reincarnation of Bai Wan. However, the red string between the two of them was always elusive.
