Plot Synopsis

Seven years ago, Emperor Xiao Ling lost his beloved palace maid Jiang Ruoli. On the anniversary of her death, when he went incognito in Qingzhou, he unexpectedly met Ruoli, who had become blind and was living in exile among the people, along with their six-year-old twin children. They recognized each other through a token and learned that it was the Empress Dowager who had forced her to fake her death and leave the palace back then.
