Plot Synopsis

Xiaoxue was a college student. She was abducted and sold by her boyfriend Xu Mo back to Xiaoxue's own hometown and sold to the family of Shanzi in the neighboring village. Shanzi used to be Xiaoxue's deskmate when she was young and was very kind to her. However, due to the changes in Xiaoxue's appearance as she grew up, Shanzi didn't recognize her and tortured her in every possible way. Xiaoxue struggled to survive in the difficult situation and finally escaped. Years later, she became a doctor, but when she reunited with people from the past, she encountered a series of unexpected things.
