Plot Synopsis

The Lin Family Martial Arts School was once highly renowned and a sacred place that countless martial arts practitioners aspired to. All the disciples in the school were highly skilled in martial arts. However, a group of samurais from Fusang, having heard of the reputation of the Lin Family Martial Arts School, arrogantly came to challenge in the arena. On the arena, the masters of the Lin Family took turns to fight, but none of them could defeat the strange moves of those Fusang people. The eldest son of the Lin Family fought with all his might but unfortunately died at the hands of the Fusang people. Lin Chushi, the second son of the Lin Family, upon hearing the tragic news, rushed back day and night. Lin Chushi bravely stepped forward to defeat the Fusang people and established the Self-Strengthening Gymnastics Association, leading everyone to strengthen their bodies and defend their homeland. Lin Chushi was willing to offer his sincere heart to China and let the years bestow upon the land.
