Plot Synopsis

Gao Zhiqiang, who was born into a distinguished family, had been quietly and unobtrusively taking care of his wife Li Menglu for many years. When he was helping his wife get promoted to be the next factory director of the energy factory, he accidentally discovered that his wife was having an affair. Disheartened, Gao Zhiqiang decided to return to his original life and focus on his career development, carving out a niche for himself in the business world. His wife and children accidentally discovered his diary and only then did they realize that he had been hiding his identity and supporting the family all these years. They felt extremely guilty. They tried to make up for their past mistakes and apologized to Gao Zhiqiang, but Gao Zhiqiang had already let go. The past was in the past, and what mattered was to embrace a better life in the future.
