Plot Synopsis

Peng Yuan was infatuated with child star Zhang Zixin since childhood. After his dream came true, he met her in college. He silently guarded Zixin, accompanied her in filming and took care of her daily life, impressing her with his optimism and kindness. However, Zixin's father opposed their relationship and arranged a betrothal for her when she was a child. Her elder sister Zhang Shiyu secretly sabotaged them out of jealousy, even going so far as to hurt herself. Under the twists of fate, Zixin and Peng Yuan grew further and further apart. And the gentle company of Zhang Wanting, the proprietress of the noodle shop, enabled Peng Yuan to find happiness again. A story about chasing, guarding and letting go intertwined in the starlight and reality, and eventually everyone found their own destinations.
