Plot Synopsis

Guan Ai was sold to human traffickers by her mother-in-law when she was a child, and was separated from her mother Qi Mei. Over the years, Qi Mei has been looking for Guan Ai's whereabouts. A chance act of kindness led to the reunion of the mother and daughter, but they got involved in complications due to the truth of their identities. Meanwhile, Qiao Weiwei accidentally got the jade pendant for recognizing relatives that belonged to Guan Ai in a coincidence, and then she went to claim kinship by pretending to be Guan Ai. With Qiao Weiwei's interference, the truth became even more confusing, making this journey of searching for relatives full of uncertainties and variables.
