Plot Synopsis

Manager Jin and Secretary Sun from Tihu Grand Hotel went to Biyun Temple to invite Master Liaoyuan to guide the making of Buddhist vegetarian dishes for the hotel. Liu Qianying, a singer in the grand hotel, also came to Biyun Temple with her daughter Manman, hoping that the master could help appraise the heirloom left by her father before his death - the Taiping Autumn Lock. In the grand hotel, Master Liaoyuan couldn't resist the persistent persuasion and participated in the arena competition invited by the Japanese monk Xuanguang. However, he deliberately lost the match. Xuanguang saw the meaning behind it and admired Master Liaoyuan's cultivation even more. Zhang Desuo, who had been eyeing the precious lock all along, felt that Master Liaoyuan would threaten his plan to steal the lock. After failing to steal the lock, he stole the child instead. Master Liaoyuan stepped in to help and subdued Zhang Desuo. Through these incidents, Master Liaoyuan further cultivated his Buddhist nature.
