Plot Synopsis

After Li Xiuzhen, a rural woman, became rich overnight by winning the lottery, her adopted son and daughter-in-law rummaged through the lottery tickets. Li Xiuzhen saw this and tried to stop them but was stabbed instead. She was then thrown into the river to dispose of the body. Unexpectedly, Li Xiuzhen was lucky to survive. Finally, a kind-hearted person sent her to the hospital. Li Xiuzhen regretted that she had raised an ungrateful person and decided to call the police. Just as Li Xiuzhen was about to ask the doctors and nurses for help, her son entered the room and interrupted everything.
