Plot Synopsis

The state of Wei was defeated, and the entire imperial family was massacred. The little princess Wei Ning and Mu Jingyun, the son of General Mu of Wei, were being chased and killed. Mu Jingyun fainted due to being seriously injured and exhausted. Wei Ning left half a jade pendant for Mu Jingyun as a token to find each other in the future. To save Mu Jingyun, Wei Ning lured the pursuers away and jumped into the moat. When she woke up again, she had been sold to a brothel and her name was changed to Yun Xi. After escaping, Mu Jingyun, in order to survive and find Wei Ning, then joined the army. He changed his name to Ning Yunchuan and finally became the regent of the current dynasty.
