Plot Synopsis

Despite her parents' opposition, Shen Lan married Lin Youwei, who had changed his fate through studying. For the sake of their daughter's happiness, her parents bought them a car and a house. Facing the company's layoffs, in order to keep Lin Youwei's job and his manly dignity, Shen Lan chose to resign and became a housewife. Encouraged by Tang Lu, Lin Youwei embezzled public funds and borrowed usury to invest in the project of Tang Lu's sugar daddy. The company was about to conduct an audit soon, and Brother Bao was also using violent means to demand repayment of the debt. Lin Youwei secretly took away the real estate certificate, preparing to mortgage it for a loan. Shen Lan went to the dance class to communicate with Tang Lu.
