Plot Synopsis

During the Lincheng Earthquake, the female protagonist Liu Shuzhen had her left hand amputated to protect her children. Sanbao Asu disappeared without a trace. Dabao and Erbao swore that they would be filial to their mother in the future. However, more than twenty years later, the eldest and the second child split up the family and agreed to take care of their mother in turns by months. The eldest son lived a very cowardly life because of his overbearing wife's family. The second daughter was severely beaten by her husband due to her inability to have children for many years and didn't dare to speak up. Thus, the two families started arguing about who would take care of this disabled mother with a prosthetic limb. Meanwhile, Sanbao, who had disappeared back then, became the chairman of the Su Group and wanted to fulfill his filial duty by his mother's side. Finally, he protected his mother at a critical moment and made a fool of the unfilial children.
