Plot Synopsis

Liuyin Village on the Western Sichuan Plain has achieved a moderately prosperous life, and the term of office of Uncle Dexing, the village director, has come to an end. In the election of the new director, Sister Kuihua, the daughter-in-law, was successfully elected as the "female village official" after several twists and turns. Sister Kuihua, with a bold and vigorous style, firmly believes that "people have two halves of the heart, one half is sincere to others, and the other half is conscientious to oneself."
