Plot Synopsis

Xia Hanlu, a concubine daughter of the General's Mansion, was once framed to death by her legitimate elder sister Xia Yuqing. After being reborn, she was determined to leave the General's Mansion. During the incident of the frontier defense map, she cleverly designed a plan to make Xia Yuqing陷入困境. When the emperor was examining the map, she cut off her relationship with the General's Mansion by cutting her robe and changed her surname to Su. Facing Xia Yuqing's false accusations, she had been well-prepared and obtained the protection of the emperor's imperial decree. Xia Ziying's attempt to humiliate her in the military examination failed. Xia Yuqing and Chen Yufei even abducted her adoptive mother Su Ruyao (the Empress Dowager). Finally, with her tenacity and strategies, Xia Hanlu brought about the downfall of the General's Mansion and the Duke's Mansion, and her grudges were avenged.
