Plot Synopsis

During the Japanese pirate troubles in the Ming Dynasty, Lan Bairi was framed by her sister Baozhu because she practiced martial arts. With the "Three Hairpins," she and her friends killed the pirates, but was falsely accused of losing her chastity. The Japanese pirates demanded the "woman who killed the pirates." Baozhu woke up and sacrificed herself in place of her sister. Lan Bairi led a group of women to use the hairpins as weapons, inspired the whole town to resist the Japanese pirates and won. Later, she joined the army alone.
