The Temptation of Sunset

Plot Synopsis

The elderly Uncle You lives alone and is lonely. One day, he happens to meet the young woman Zheng Yue who pretends to have heatstroke. She wins Uncle You's trust with her gentle and considerate manner and secretly plans an emotional scam with her accomplice Lu Wei. Uncle You's children notice something strange and warn their father many times that Zheng Yue has impure motives, but he scolds them for being overly suspicious. Deeply trapped in the illusion of an "elderly romance," Uncle You gradually distances himself from his family and finally hands over his life savings under Zheng Yue's inducement.
