Plot Synopsis

After retiring, Li Xiangdong, the God of War, opened a teahouse and secretly helped his daughter Li Yuwen grow into a scientist in the field of life sciences and founded Shenghua Gene. Li Yuwen was drugged and framed by her fiancé Zhou Feng, who wanted to obtain gene data. Li Xiangdong saw through the trick, came out of retirement, led people to rescue his daughter, and punished the Japanese. On the anniversary of his wife's death, Li Xiangdong received the task of protecting the scientist Lan Zhi. The two pretended to be a couple, which was misunderstood by Li Yuwen. Meanwhile, the Wu family joined forces with Zhou Feng to collude with the Japanese, intending to present Shenghua Gene to their master. Finally, Li Yuwen discovered that the big shot was actually her own father.
