Plot Synopsis

In 1945, World War II devastated Stalingrad in the Soviet Union, causing great physical and mental trauma to the local residents. Although the Battle of Stalingrad had ended, the city that had survived the war and the long siege looked like a terminally ill person, with the shadow of death still hanging over it. Amid the ruins of the city, Iya and Masha, two young female nurses, were trying to reinvent themselves in an attempt to find the meaning of their respective lives.
