Plot Synopsis

Xia Xingchen worked as a secretary for Lian Jinye for six years. She originally wanted to save enough money to resign and get rid of him. After a misdiagnosis of terminal cancer in a physical examination, she had a one-night stand with Lian Jinye. After finding out that the report was wrong, she resigned to rebel because of the past humiliation. The cold-faced Lian Jinye was worried about gains and losses. Finally, the two met, poured out their feelings to each other, and went towards each other.
