Plot Synopsis

This drama tells the story that the protagonist Gedelin, due to possessing the bloodline of his ancestors, is blackmailed to travel back to the Tianqi period of the Ming Dynasty and become a Jinyiwei (imperial guards) to search for a mysterious prescription, thus experiencing life-and-death mysteries in both ancient and modern times.
