Plot Synopsis

The down-and-out Chen Tian accidentally discovered that the ancestral incense burner in his family could enable him to travel between ancient and modern times. There, he got acquainted with Wen Xing, the empress during the Daqian period. Through the incense burner, Chen Tian's supplies and Wen Xing's letters shuttled between the two time-spaces. The medicine sent by Chen Tian alleviated the plague in Daqian, rewriting history and allowing the Daqian period to continue. Meanwhile, Chen Tian also saved his own family! Five years later, Chen Tian and Wen Xing not only went shopping in modern times but also lived a happy life in ancient times.
