Plot Synopsis

The Mo Country imposed a comprehensive technological blockade on the Great Xia. Gu Sen and the top scientific research team went deep into the desert to secretly conduct experiments on controllable nuclear fusion. Gu Sen was invited by the Mo Country to be a professor. In order to learn from the advanced technologies of the foreign countries to compete against them, Gu Sen went abroad for further studies. When he returned to his homeland ten years later, Gu Sen was wrongly accused of being a traitor. The distrust of his father, the whipping according to the clan rules, the misunderstanding of his mother's death and the whirlpool of public opinion all piled up on him layer by layer. His way back to his homeland was not just about returning to the Great Xia, but about regaining people's hearts and trust.
