Plot Synopsis

Jiang Xinli and Xiao Chenyi were each other's first loves. However, due to Xiao Chenyi's amnesia and Jiang Manyi's deliberate scheme, Xiao Chenyi mistakenly thought that Jiang Manyi was his girlfriend, while Jiang Xinli was a person who would stop at nothing to marry him instead of Jiang Manyi. Xiao Chenyi had done many things to hurt Jiang Xinli on numerous occasions and even threatened Jiang Xinli with the surgical expenses of her grandmother, which led to the death of Jiang Xinli's grandmother. Immediately afterwards, Jiang Xinli jumped from the top floor of the Xiao's building. After Jiang Xinli's death, Xiao Chenyi learned the truth about the substitute marriage back then and also regained his memory. After taking revenge on Jiang Manyi and her father, Xiao Chenyi committed suicide by swallowing pills.
