The Mysterious Mink

Plot Synopsis

When grandpa was cutting firewood in the mountains, he found a snow ferret with pure white fur and captured it by smoking it. On the way back, he met a mysterious old woman who warned that this ferret was the offspring of the "King of Ferrets" and should not be provoked. Grandpa didn't take it seriously. After returning home, grandma also noticed something strange and advised him to release it, but grandpa still stuck to his own opinion and locked the ferret in an iron cage. That night, the chickens and dogs in the house were restless, the snow ferret let out a shrill cry, and the chicken flock became agitated. Early the next morning, dead chickens appeared in the chicken coop with strange wounds. Neighbor Uncle Wang came to claim compensation, saying that the snow ferret or its kind had bitten his sheep to death, but fled in panic after seeing the snow ferret in the cage, shouting "King of Ferrets".
