Plot Synopsis

Xu Hongmei, the daughter of the richest man, was rescued by Zhang Dashan and his daughter Zhang Ziwei when she was escaping from the family struggle. To repay their kindness, she donated blood to save the sick and weak little Ziwei and stayed to take care of them. Gradually, she fell in love with Zhang Dashan and they got married. Many years later, Zhang Dashan passed away, and Zhang Ziwei became the first college student in Zhangjia Village. Xu Hongmei, in the name of Xu's Group, awarded scholarships to Zhang Ziwei and held a college entrance celebration banquet for her. However, Wu Xiaojuan, Ziwei's biological mother, returned to the village. She wanted to sell Ziwei to get money for her son to marry a wife. She even bribed the village head to spread rumors about Xu Hongmei, which caused a new disturbance.
