Plot Synopsis

Lin Meng was born in a poor and backward place where son preference prevailed. Because she was a girl, her name couldn't be included in the family genealogy. Her mother also suffered from her father's violent behavior all year round. However, she was not willing to admit defeat. She joined the track and field team and trained hard to become the queen of sprinting, winning glory for the country and for her mother.
