Plot Synopsis

Ye Fan, the youngest apprentice of Hongjun Taoist Ancestor, was hard to change his divinity. As a result, he was schemed by the Jade Emperor to be banished to the mortal world to temper his heart, and incidentally to investigate the truth of the rupture of the passages among the Three Realms. After Ye Fan descended to the mortal world, Hongjun arranged a marriage fate for him. Ye Ling'er, the object of the marriage, saw her own good fortune soar because she was chosen by Hongjun, thus attracting the covetousness of many forces.
