Plot Synopsis

Shen Ruochu, an orphan girl, went to seek refuge with her uncle Xia Qingshan together with her younger sister Shen Ruonan. However, the mercenary Xia Qingshan only regarded the two as tools to make money. Due to the fact that her sister needed money for medical treatment, Shen Ruochu was constrained by Xia Qingshan everywhere and had long been bullied by her cousin Xia Weiwei. To make matters worse, in order to pay off his gambling debts, Xia Qingshan actually sold Shen Ruochu to local ruffians!
