Plot Synopsis

Ten years ago, when Ye Beishan, the leader of the Jinyiwei, was having a son, he was besieged by Cao Song. After fighting three top experts alone, he carried his son and the imperial jade seal and fled, going into hiding to search for the crown prince. Ten years later, he and his wife and son opened a hotel in Taoyuan Town, using rumors to investigate the whereabouts of the crown prince. Zhou Feng, the son of the county magistrate, wanted to seize the hotel and repeatedly increased taxes and imposed fines. Ye Beishan endured it again and again for the sake of stability and the investigation, which made his son Ye Xiaochuan dissatisfied. Zhou Feng bullied his wife and children, and when Ye Beishan fought back, his identity was exposed. Zhou Batian and Cao Song arrived one after another. When he was exhausted, the crown prince appeared to rescue him. Eventually, the rebellion was quelled, the throne was regained, and the world was at peace.
