Plot Synopsis

Qin Lu came to the State of Yan and started the business of fortune-telling, making a living solely by cheating and swindling. One day, he was accidentally encountered by Empress Su Li. Su Li asked Qin Lu to tell her fortune. Qin Lu fabricated lies and talked nonsense, falsely claiming that the empress had the appearance of a couple with him and was fated to be with him. Surprisingly, Qin Lu eventually really became the empress's son-in-law.
