Plot Synopsis

In her previous life, Su Qinghuan, the mistress of the Marquis Mansion, married Song Shicai. She was filial to Song's mother and cared for her sister-in-law Song Mengli. Song Mengli was abducted by bandits, and the bandits named Song Shicai to come and rescue her before they would release her. Song Shicai's childhood sweetheart, Lin Yao, was in a crucial period of treating her leg. Song Shicai stayed by Lin Yao's side, unaware that Lin Yao was pretending to be disabled and feigning misery.
