The Golden Wedding That's Hard to Break Up

Plot Synopsis

Jiang Azhen and Lin Changsheng had been in love for many years. However, her mother-in-law Sun Guihua forced her to divorce by threatening her with her own life and even drove her out of the Lin family together with her sister-in-law Zhao Li. Lin Changsheng asked her to live outside temporarily, and his younger brother Lin Zeping provided financial support for her. When she was homeless, her old acquaintance Niu Qiang (a retired academician) offered to let her rent a small courtyard in his house. Under the coercion of his mother, Lin Changsheng brought his mistress Zhong Yan home. When looking for a job, Jiang Azhen mistook Niu Qiang's company for a fraudulent one. Ye Haiyang returned to China to look for her and was jealous of Niu Qiang. Jiang Azhen took the two of them back to her own family to ask for a house. Niu Qiang got injured while saving her. After Niu Qiang was discharged from the hospital, Jiang Azhen rejected Ye Haiyang and chose to be with Niu Qiang.
