The Golden Lion Hero

Plot Synopsis

The chivalrous robber, Dai Xiaoyao, known as the Golden-haired Lion, was highly skilled in martial arts and was envied by Wang Jincao, the leader of the Blood-Clothed Gang. One night, on his way home in the rain, Dai Xiaoyao was suddenly attacked by a group of Wang Jincao's apprentices. He was struck in the chest by the Five-Poison Divine Sand Palm and had to break through the encirclement and flee. Dai Xiaoyao had already been suffering from a serious illness, and now he was injured again. Fortunately, he encountered the Seven Lions of Taihu Lake, who sent him to the divine doctor Lu Bojing for treatment. Lu Bojing decided to go with his son Wenye, daughter Wenfang, and take Dai Xiaoyao to the Soul-Returning Valley to pick the Seven-Leaf Green Lotus to treat the serious illness. During this period, they were chased and killed by Wang Jincao, and were in constant danger.
