Plot Synopsis

Qi Hong, the elder brother of Qi Kunlun, the Zhenguo General of Beitang, and the president of the National General Chamber of Commerce, was assassinated in the imperial city. And according to the last letter left by Qi Hong, his death was related to a certain mysterious bigwig in the imperial court. Therefore, in order not to alert the enemy and to find out the real murderer who killed Qi Hong, Qi Kunlun and his subordinate Pojun returned to the imperial city with their identities concealed. However, under Qi Kunlun's investigation, he discovered that Qi Hong's death was actually a huge conspiracy. Not only the current prime minister, the empress, and the eldest imperial prince were all related to Qi Hong's death, but also the forces of the enemy country were involved in this murder.
