Plot Synopsis

Li Xing, the campus belle of Xijing University, was the top scorer in the college entrance examination. She is beautiful but poor. More than a decade ago, Lou Chong accidentally caused the death of Li Xing's firefighter father, and her mother passed away shortly after, leaving Li Xing an orphan. Lou Chong secretly observed and protected her, but Li Xing was afraid of him because of something that happened in high school. To save her grandmother, Li Xing became a contracted girlfriend, and to her surprise, her employer turned out to be Lou Chong, who then started to court her.
