Plot Synopsis

In order to help the desperate mother and daughter raise the high treatment costs for the child, Su Yao reluctantly got involved by devising a scheme where the mother and daughter climbed the "Heaven-reaching Ladder to Pray to the Gods", intending to attract social attention. However, the female college student sponsored by Su Yao framed Su Yao out of her own selfish desires. Thus, a drama of entanglement involving human nature, morality and truth was played out.
