Plot Synopsis

The war left the whole world in ruins. Homeless vagrants were wandering on the roads. Amid hunger and poverty, Shi Tian encountered Wang Wei, an orphan who was exploited by the bad guy Karl Maka to do illegal things. The two quickly became bosom friends. Later, Shi Tian met a pitiful songstress, Wang Xiuwen, and a comical romance ensued. After that, he also ran into a drunk, Wu Ma, who had become dispirited because of being humiliated by Karl Maka. The bad guy Karl Maka abducted the songstress and the children for human trafficking. Finally, Shi Tian and Wu Ma summoned up their courage, risked their lives to rescue the children and the songstress, while the bad guy Karl Maka could not escape the long arm of the law.
