Plot Synopsis

As an art student in the 21st century, Zhu Huan accidentally traveled back to 1980. Because her stepfather used the betrothal gift money to pay off his gambling debts, Zhu Huan was forced by her stepfather to marry Zhao Chiyuan, the sickly eldest young master of the Zhao family, in the hope of bringing good luck to the ailing groom. Zhu Huan originally wanted to refuse, but because of Zhao Chiyuan's good looks, she decided that she must marry him. Zhu Huan learned that Zhao Chiyuan had a difficult stepmother who tried to suppress Zhao Chiyuan everywhere in order to seize the management right of the Zhao family's cloth business. So Zhu Huan exerted her personal abilities and the two supported each other to protect the family property.
