Plot Synopsis

This drama tells the story of Yuan Qingling, a medical doctor in the 22nd century, who was transported through an experimental accident into the body of the abandoned wife of Yu Wenhao, the fifth son of the warlord Yu Wen in the Republic of China era. With her medical knowledge and intelligence, she solves problems and defuses crises in the warlord's mansion, changes Yu Wenhao's prejudice and wins respect. The two go from being hostile and love-hate rivals to finally supporting each other. "The Favored Medical Lady" is starred by Guo Jing and An Ziyang, and is a short drama in the same series as "Please Accept My Challenge on the Horse of the Peach Blossom".
