Plot Synopsis

This film tells the story of a group of young people chasing their acting dreams in Hengdian. The protagonist, Ali, first came to Hengdian to be an extra and got to know Fang Yueye, Gao Yuan and Liu Qiang, who have different personalities. They experienced the arrogance of online celebrities and big names, the helplessness of directors and the hardships of being extras on the set, and gradually became good friends from strangers. Facing the collision between dreams and reality, they kept growing. They even encountered a kidnapping crisis. Finally, with the help of Fang Yueye's father, they founded their own film and television company and shot their first movie. The film shows the perseverance, friendship and struggle of young people on the way of chasing their dreams, which is inspiring.
