Plot Synopsis

In order to save Zhang Peng, ophthalmologist Li Ming went to Jiangnan County at his own expense to perform a freelance surgery. However, he was framed by the Zhang family for accepting bribes, and his right hand was stepped on and injured by Wang Mei, making him unable to perform surgeries. The Zhang family then blindly trusted Du Yichen, a doctor from the Putian system, who sold fake drugs and illegally raised funds.
