Plot Synopsis

There were two overbearing presidents who were terminally ill and both had Rh-negative blood type. After their tissue matching was successful, they chose to hide their identities, got close to each other and married each other, hoping to get organ transplants after the other passed away. However, during this process, all kinds of hilarious situations emerged in an endless stream. It was not until the end that they suddenly realized that they had already fallen in love with each other.
