Plot Synopsis

Yuan Chonghuan, the loyal minister, was killed. His son, Yuan Chengzhi, was rescued by a mute servant and fled to Mount Hua, where he became a disciple of Mu Renqing, the leader of the Huashan School. During his martial arts training on the mountain, Yuan accidentally discovered the bones of the former martial arts master, the Golden Snake Gentleman, in a cave. Yuan Chengzhi obtained the Golden Snake Manual, mastered the Golden Snake Sword, and fulfilled the will of the Golden Snake Gentleman by going to Shiliang, Quzhou to search for a woman named Wen Yi. On the way, Yuan Chengzhi met Wen Qingqing and got involved in the disputes of the Wen family.
