Plot Synopsis

Dumb girl Xiaomin fainted by the roadside. After being carried home by Jiaze, she was taken in by Jiaze's family, and gradually developed a sense of belonging to this family. However, Hongxia and Mancang repeatedly played dirty tricks. Hongxia found the lame man that Xiaomin was previously betrothed to and wanted to take her away. Xiaomin was unwilling, and Jiaze's family drove the lame man away. Mancang harbored resentment and instigated the lame man to come again, and also brought the village head. The village head asked about Xiaomin's wishes and learned that she was forced. Jiaze's family then pooled money to return the betrothal gifts and sent the lame man away. But Mancang and Hongxia still didn't stop. They even stole Xiaomin's picture of a hundred children. Finally, under the mediation of the village head, the two of them reformed themselves.
