Plot Synopsis

Yuan Yongding, a reporter from a newspaper office, met a woman named Ruhua who came to place a missing person advertisement. By accident, he discovered that the woman was actually a ghost. As early as 50 years ago, she was a famous prostitute and got acquainted with Chen Zhenbang, also known as Twelfth Young Master. Ruhua fell deeply in love with him. However, due to the huge gap in their social statuses, they were strongly opposed by Twelfth Young Master's family. Helplessly, they exchanged a rouge case as a token of their love and swallowed opium together to die for love. But Ruhua didn't see her beloved in the underworld, so she came here to look for him. With the help of the two reporters, Ruhua learned that Twelfth Young Master had been saved back then and was now living in poverty. Ruhua felt Twelfth Young Master's cowardice and returned the rouge case before going back to the underworld.
