Plot Synopsis

After the imperial examination, the scholar Wang Shunsheng returned to his hometown from the provincial capital. On the way, he encountered a female ghost named You Feng. You Feng deceived the scholar by saying that she was a homeless woman wandering around the world. Wang Shunsheng immediately felt compassion and sympathy, and brought You Feng to his own home.
