Plot Synopsis

Grandma Xinyue was suffering from liver cancer. In order to save enough for the medical expenses, Xinyue worked extremely hard to take food delivery orders to earn money. She even endured the pain to complete the orders after a car accident. Xinyue finally saved enough for grandma's medical expenses. Soon, a liver source was found, but the medical expenses had to be paid within three hours, otherwise the liver source would become invalid. However, grandma thought it was Xinyue who had advanced liver cancer. So, despite Xinyue's repeated dissuasions, she tried her best to stop Xinyue from paying the medical expenses and even cursed her to die. It was not until grandma and her husband had squandered all of Xinyue's savings and personally refused the organ transplantation operation that grandma realized she had cut off her own chance of survival.
