Plot Synopsis

An Xin and her husband Xiang Shirun were busy with work, so they entrusted their daughter Hanhan to An Xin's mother Xin Ping to take care of. An Xin specifically told Xin Ping to pay attention to the broken balcony window and not to let Hanhan get close to it or leave the child alone. However, one day when Hanhan was taking a nap, Xin Ping received a threatening call from her ex-husband An Dafa. Fearing that he would go and disrupt An Xin's work, Xin Ping had to go downstairs to send him money. As a result, during her absence, Hanhan fell from the balcony. Xin Ping came back to witness this tragedy, and the family was thus plunged into endless grief.
